Now that you have started following along my search, you shall do the same. Take this document and save the original. For every role that you are seeking to fill, rename it to match your recruiting project and enter all of your important information into this spreadsheet at you go:
Worksheet tab 1: Keywords to use in your search based up skills, potential job titles a qualified candidate might have and the location(s)
Worksheet tab 2: In this tab, cut and paste the search string variations that you have developed for your project. This will make it much easier to come back to continue a search, or to take a search string and customize it further for your needs.
Worksheet tab 3: Here you will store all of the LinkedIn candidate profiles that you have determined could be a fit for the role. In a future section, I will show you how to automate and extract search results that you can then import and paste into this tab. This tab will allow you to keep track of the candidates that you have contacted and whether they are interested in your open role as well as any recruiting notes about a candidate
