You want to access the complete value chain of entrepreneurial tools? This course provides an integrated and systemic toolkit that SKEMA Business School has tested on thousands of project tested over the past 15 years in postgraduate and executive programs.
The toolkit includes:
- Building the scope of the project with ISMA 360
- Designing the business model
- The business plan
- Working out your financial objectives
- Checking your business plan for the pitch
This MOOC is free to use. Its content has been developed for the activities of Health-2-Market project, funded by the European Union's FP7 Programme for research, technological development and demonstration under Grant Agreement No 305532.
It is designed and delivered by practitioners and scholars of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Philippe CHEREAU holds a Doctorate in Management Science, is a professor of strategy and entrepreneurship, and is the scientific director of the MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at SKEMA Business School. He has specialized in strategic management of innovation and in the governance of Local Innovation Systems. He has held positions in international business development, general management and executive consulting. As an entrepreneur, he has contributed to the launching of two ventures in the field of clinical development. He has been life science expert for the French Entrepreneurship and Innovation contest. As a scholar, he conducts research on the relationships between strategy, innovation, business models and performance in SMEs. He is the co-author of the book "Le Conseil Stratégique pour l'Entreprise" (Pearson, 2014) and his latest publications include research in International Journal of Innovation Management (2014); British Academy of Management (Belfast, 2014), Strategic Management Society, (Madrid, 2014); Academy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Oxford, 2013; Macau, 2012); Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Tsinghua University Press, 2012); International Society of Professionals of Innovation Management (Quebec, 2010);
Doctor in Education Sciences, she is accompanying teachers in Mooc design. Mélanie is responsible for innovative learning projects at SKEMA Business School. She is co-directing two disruptive programmes on innovation and entrepreneurship since 2016: Programme ID at SKEMA BS and INVENT at University Cote d'Azur. She is also a researcher at LINE lab from UCA.

Dominique started his career as an information system consultant at Bull Company then PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2001, after experimenting life as an entrepreneur during 5 years, Dominique started working for SKEMA Business School (previously CERAM Sophia Antipolis) to lead the TEEE-Inn European project. He also coached well-known successful start-ups like Seemage, Benomad and Keeneo. He is the inventor of the Innovation Systemic Marketing Analysis method called ISMA360°. Built on specific theoretical frameworks: Effectuation, Sciences of Design and Complexity, this is a new approach applicable to strategy when uncertainty is inherent to innovation.
Christophe Sempels is Professor of Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship at Skema Business School. He holds a PhD in Management Science from Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and teaches or has taught in several universities such as Skema (France, USA), Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), Solvay Business School (Belgium), HEC-Ulg (Belgium), Baltic Management Institute (Vilnius, Lithuania) and HES (Lausanne, Switzerland). He has also an extensive experience in Executive Education, mostly in services companies. He is frequently invited as guest speaker in many institutions and national or international events
Specialized in sustainable business model innovation, Christophe is the author of several books, academic and professionals papers on this topic, some having been rewarded.
His expertise is particularly recognized in Functional and Cooperation Economy (FCE). He has coached many CEO's in their transition toward these models and collaborate with several public authorities in Europe to promote FCE. Christophe is the co-founder of the European Institute of Functional and Cooperation Economy and the scientific director of the Club Cap EF, an association promoting FCE in the South of France. He's also the co-founder of Innovateur T, a transformative lab aiming to train those who are set on transforming their operating environment. Christophe is finally to co-founder of Movilab, an in-vivo incubator of sustainable lifestyles supported by the French Ministry of Sustainable Development, by the PACA and the Rhone-Alpes regions.

Michel Bernasconi graduated from SKEMA Business School (1975). He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Strategy from the University of Aix-en-Provence (1985) and an HDR (2007), and has 25 years of experience in strategy and new business creation.
He is currently the director of the Faculty and Research at SKEMA. He had previously other management positions: Associate Dean for the Master program (ESC) (1994-1999) and director of Executive Education (2003-2004).
Michel Bernasconi is one of France's specialists in the high-tech start-up field, in which he has been working extensively in both business and engineering schools. His research has been published in books and academic reviews in France, the UK and the USA. He was President of the French Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a research association (2008-2010). At SKEMA, he developed a set of activities on entrepreneurship. He initiated the MSC in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, developed incubators on the French campuses, and recently launched an ambitious partnership with a Chinese Incubator (Xian Jiaotong-SKEMA) in Sushou. He was the founder of the High-Tech Entrepreneurship Center who developed numerous projects in Entrepreneurship.
He has extensive experience in teaching entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship and new business creation, in particular in Executive Education. More specifically, he is in charge of the program Coup de Pousset, a successful seminar on intrapreneurship dedicated to big companies which last from more than 10 years. He is a member of Sophia Business Angels, an investor club that invests in high-tech companies in France and in Europe.
