Description

A different kind of health practice.

Most exercise works on your muscles. This one works on your insides.

In today’s world, it’s common to feel run down, with low energy, stress, tension, or digestion that just doesn’t feel right. In this practice, we see these as clues. They can tell us which of your body’s internal systems might need support.

Think of your body as an internal ecosystem. This practice uses the interconnectedness of the five elements in nature as a guide to help regulate that ecosystem and keep it thriving.

Five Elements Qigong is like a toolkit for your body. It uses gentle movements, specific breathing, and a focused mind to help you cultivate balance and resilience from within. It has five forms, each designed to target a major internal organ and its related system.

In this course, I’ll show you the whole set and explain the specific benefits of each form and which organ system it’s designed to support.

Why this matters

When you know why you’re doing a movement, you can practice smarter. You can also focus on the exercises that match how you feel that day.

This practice can help you:

• Support the health of your core organ systems in a gentle way

• Feel more balanced and resilient from the inside out

• Develop a simple routine for your long-term well-being
