Course Purpose
This course is designed for those aspiring to become technical leaders or those that want to expand their reach and influence as technical leaders. As we walk through the terms and concepts that are regularly taught, you will get a glimpse of what the application looks like. This course focuses significantly on how you can approach thinking about these concepts that goes beyond just buzz words and ideologies on a company webpage.
By the end of this course, you can evaluate and adjust your leadership style to effectively shape the values and culture of engineering departments and product teams.
