So why is awareness so important? Because with awareness comes change. To start to change some of your existing habits for the better, you first need to become aware of what you eat, when you eat and why. You need to become aware of why you think losing weight will bring you happiness. You also need to become aware of what your body actually needs. Let’s explore how mindfulness can help us to do this.
