
First, we draw a dog's head from the front view. After the lecture, draw a variety of dog faces with different snout sizes and eye sizes.
We can now draw the dog's head from the side, or profile view. After the lecture, try drawing a variety of dog heads with snouts of various heights and lengths. You should also try different size eyes to see how that alter's the appearance of the breed.
Now that you can draw the dog’s head from the side. Let’s put that head onto a body! After the lecture, practice drawing a variety of dogs. Try out larger or smaller heads, and longer or shorter legs.
