Description

This series includes FOUR short yoga classes and TWO guided meditations to help you get started with a daily yoga practice that feels safe, comforting and gentle. If you have tried yoga before and found the classes too hard or fast-paced,  you should find these yoga practices more inviting. These are bread-and-butter yoga practices you’ll return to again and again to boost energy and reduce tension and stress. Each class is around five to ten minutes, so it's easy to work these practices into your daily routine.

Do these practices in any order at your own pace:

  • Morning Yoga Practice (5 min)

  • Bedtime Yoga Practice (5 min)

  • Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain (7 min)

  • Supine Yoga for "Bad" Days (8 min)

  • How to Breathe Meditation (12 min)

  • Feel Good Meditation (8 min)

These classes are super gentle and appropriate for all experience levels, but remember that all bodies are unique and not all practices or yoga poses are right for all bodies. Listen to your intuition. If something doesn't feel right, try modifying the practice or just don't do it.

This series is my free gift to you! Don't forget to download the PDF under the resources tab, too!
