Description

This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn to crochet, at any level! Here, I'll teach you based on fundamental theory and proven techniques, all presented in the easiest way possible. Get ready to learn the secret language of crochet!

The course is thoughtfully structured into two comprehensive parts: Part I introduces you to the essentials of crochet, setting you up with all the tools of the trade and teaching you the basic stitches. These fundamental stitches will stay with you forever, no matter how complex your future projects become. Building on this foundation, Part II delves into more advanced concepts, teaching you intermediate stitches and techniques. Finally, we'll put our knowledge to good use and create three mini projects: the classic Granny Square, a festive Christmas tree appliqué, and a charming pair of cherry appliqués. To help evaluate your learning and progress, quizzes are available in each section, along with assessments in some lectures.

I've also included 34 downloadable resources (like abbreviation guides, terminology, needle & yarn dimension tables, yarn labels, and conversion charts) which you can find in their corresponding lectures and in the Appendix. I highly recommend printing these out to keep them handy while you crochet! And to ensure you learn at your own pace, remember you can always adjust the video playback speed to slow me down or speed me up.

I hope you thoroughly enjoy this course, and I wish you a truly successful crochet journey!
