You will be brought through a variety of workplace scenarios, involving communication upwards (with Executives), laterally (with peers and other managers), and downwards (with your team members and subordinates). This will provide you with a good grounding of how to navigate most commonly encountered workplace scenarios in a structured and principled manner.

You also will examine hypothetical examples to understand how you can apply the principles described above.
