Hi I'm Dickson, a lawyer and founder of Thryve, an academy focussing on practical knowledge, skills and mental models for you to thrive and succeed in today's world.

With more than a decade of legal experience in the Financial and Technology sector, I have worked with and across some of the most well-known global companies, including Tier 1 financial institutions and one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds.

Thryve represents my practical experience and lessons learnt from leading teams and handling complex, multi-party negotiations where my leadership and communication skills were honed.
