  • As with part 1 of College Level Jazz, you should have basic knowledge of music theory plus what was covered in part 1. You should be able to play an instrument with some fluency and a basic understanding of piano would be helpful.

Description

This is a continuation of the College Level Jazz Theory part 1. This course is intended to be a sequential follow up of part 1. You are building on the foundation from previous instruction. It is understood that you will have the accompanying texts: The Jazz Theory Book by Mark Levine and The Real Book Sixth Edition.

  • This course is a continuation of part 1 of College Level Jazz. If you have completed part 1 then you should continue to part 2.
