    Each Learning Outcome in the study guide has been separated into different videos. At the end of each video there is a short list of questions for you to test yourself on. Answers are not provided but you will be able to answer the questions from the information provided in the video if you were listening carefully!


    I recommend you make your own notes whilst you watch the videos. If anything I say triggers an idea or an example for you- write it down in the moment. It's much easier to pause and write than it is to remember later on.


    Please take your time and enjoy the videos (if you can... I know some of the topics are a bit dull.)

Description

This course is intended for students studying the CIPS Level 5 Diploma, Module 1: Managing Teams and Individuals.

The course is based on the new syllabus (blue book) and is relevant for all exam sessions for this module until 2028.


The course covers the entire syllabus for this module, with each learning outcome broken down into manageable 20(ish) minute videos. Videos are available on demand- so you can watch them whenever is convenient to you.


Each video explains the main content of the syllabus with fun and relevant examples. I chat through the content, trying to bring it to life with examples and a few personal anecdotes of my life in Procurement. I also discuss the things I think are most important to remember for each Learning Outcome and ways CIPS could use the content to make questions for the exam.


Each Learning Outcome has it's own 'Resource Pack' which includes links to further videos and reading on the more difficult topics. At the end of each video I provide a list of potential exam questions for you to practice.
