This is a next level overview for beginning level to more experienced Meeting and Event Planners who want to strengthen their catering game. Covering multiple topics that allow you to really tighten up your catering needs, be more intentional with your overall budget and thinking outside the box. The first topic in this session reviews Event History and why it is important. Suggestions on what information you should ask of your venue and to record with all your events to make future events easier by giving yourself quantitative data. Next touching on building a full day menu with what demographics and other programing will dictate your menu selections. Blending the full meeting into an intentional event. Lastly reviewing bars in depth, including the different types of bars that you can utilize for your event. While also considering how you can overlap options to make them work for your company policies, demographic dynamic and budget. Continue to grow your catering functionality and knowledge to take to every future event.
