Description

A deeper overview for all new and experienced Meeting and Event Planners who want to work more on refining the smaller details of catering that may not have been thought of before. Take a review with me as to what key items that should be reviewed before agreeing to do food or beverage items at a venue for a tradeshow. What questions should be asked and can be negotiated, as well as other considerations before making a commitment. Suggestions on how to take standard branding items that you would typically see in a tradeshow and bridging them into your meeting breaks or meals. Including some insights marketing or branding options you may not have considered previously. Thinking outside the box with ideas that involve multiple senses. Lastly digging into the importance of a well-developed event theme. Knowing when to bring in outside help such as an event designer. We will also discuss some specific examples of the importance of theme development in catering specific areas of your event.
