Description

Prepare for the CAPM exam with two full-length, scenario-based mock exams aligned to the 2026 PMI Examination Content Outline. This course delivers 300 practice questions across both exams, written in the style and difficulty of the real CAPM exam, with detailed explanations for every option referencing the PMBOK Guide and the PMI Guide to Business Analysis.

Both exams follow the official CAPM domain weighting: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (36%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (17%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (20%), and Business Analysis Frameworks (27%). Questions are timed at the real exam pace of 3 hours for 150 questions, so you train your stamina and pacing alongside your knowledge.

Exam 1 is written at standard difficulty and is designed to establish your baseline readiness. Exam 2 is written at advanced difficulty, with trickier distractors, tighter role-boundary distinctions, and common misconceptions deliberately built into the wrong answers to pressure-test your understanding.

Every question includes a scenario, four answer options, an explanation for each option marked Correct or Incorrect with reasoning, and an overall explanation referencing the relevant PMBOK performance domain and CAPM ECO task. You will know not only which answer is right but also why each wrong answer is wrong, which is what closes the gap between knowing the material and passing the exam.

Who this course is for: candidates preparing for the CAPM certification, project coordinators moving into formal PM roles, students enrolled in CAPM prep programs, and PMP candidates looking for additional foundational practice.
