Before starting your video lessons, please take a look at the Introduction and note the contents you will learning according to each lesson.
It is recommended to start the course by reading the E-book that suits you better. By gaining vocabulary you will be able to progress faster.
Here you can find the pdf versions of the following E-books:

The materials are basically the same, except for the fact that the Portuguese and Spanish versions show the corresponding terms translated for the students that natively speak those languages.
The English version shows the explanation of each term in English, so that would fit all nationalites.
The audiobook will allow you to practice your listening while doing something else. Of course, you can listen to the audiobook and read your e-book at the same time.
