As a life-long student of the mind, he transformed his own life by understanding the complex nature of his emotions and their relationship to building self-esteem and becoming resilient. This engaged his curiosity on how the mind operates. He is an expert on hypnosis, metaphysics, mindfulness, and has developed practical stress reduction techniques for busy professionals.
