British etiquette is refined and cultured, sophisticated and graceful, timely and timeless. For centuries, people from all over the world have looked to the British for proper manners, and they expect nothing but the best. We have designed and developed a training course on etiquette and manners, called the British Etiquette – Social Skills Refinement Programme.
This programme is unlike any social etiquette course you have seen or ever taken. It has in-depth knowledge of how the British socialize and why the British have become the leader in etiquette. The course also includes 18 PDF reading materials to enhance your understanding.
In this course, we will share traditional, fundamental, yet practical etiquette tips that you can easily learn and apply in your daily life, ranging from greeting strangers to meeting dignitaries, from taking tea to navigating fine dining, and from mastering cocktail receptions to conquering Royal Ascot.

Instructors
Jacky Ziki is one of the founders of Kensington School of Etiquette and Manners in London. Since 2008 he has developed and presented a full range of programmes in etiquette and manners, business etiquette and international protocol. He also gives presentations to companies and overseas governments.
Jacky has a background in hospitality and customer service in China, Hong Kong and the UK with 30-year+ working experiences. He became a trainer in 1995, settled in the UK in 2000. He has an MBA of Oxford Brookes University, etiquette consultant master certification of Career College, a certificate in International Business & Diplomatic Protocol of Europrotocol School. His book Etiquette with Ziki was published in Hong Kong.
Emilia has extensive experience in teaching British etiquette, image, graceful deportment and communication skills. As a professional actress and a voice over artist she incorporates her acting skills and training into her etiquette consulting and teaching. Students benefit from her in-depth knowledge of body language and public speaking skills. Her specialty is Afternoon Tea Etiquette. She champions kindness and elegance as the fundamental principles of good manners.
Emilia has been teaching etiquette and protocol in the UK, as well as internationally in Asia and most recently in the Middle East. She also develops and delivers in-house training and coaching programmes for business professionals, teams and executives.
Emilia is a member of the Association for Coaching (UK) and London Association of Etiquette Consultants. She holds a Master Professional certification in etiquette consulting
