Learn the 3 step footwork from the basic stance, performing left foot out, hook, and a right kick to build rhythm, power, and control in breakdance fundamentals.
Fuse toprock, footwork, and freezes as you move from the indian step into a six-step and hook, then into a chair freeze from a stab.
Advance from wall stands and donkey kicks to headstands, building shoulder strength and neck stability while mastering tripod balance and safe progression from handstand to headstand.
Master the windup and circular windup, foundational for powermoves, including stationary windup and handstand-like drills, building core and balance through cartwheel-like motion and four-point sequences.
Learn the windmill progression to baby freeze, and master the coin drop transition from top rock to windmill through push up momentum and controlled leg swings.
Master the knee drop by turning the right leg to the left, bending into a shallow lunge, and transitioning into footwork like toprock, 6 step, and indianstep.
Master the breakdance basic hook by starting with a left foot kick out and a right foot swing, then transition to toprock, steps, and indian step footwork.
Learn the next progression of ccs by hopping between feet with weight on the upper body, using arm momentum to reach a push-up position and improve balance and footwork.
Master basic footwork hooks by practicing the mountain climber-like stance, alternating right and left foot turns to lock in a hook, then switch and repeat.

Who will be teaching?
Graham, known as bboy Kilo. He represents his dance crew, Titanz and 8Ball from New York City.
Henry, known as bboy Henrae. Also representing 8Ball from New York City.
They have been dancing for almost a decade and have participated in many tournaments. While Henry focused more on mentoring students, Graham loved competing and have won many competitions. He was placed Top 32 out of 200+ dance crews in one of the world's most competitive Breaking competitions, Silverback Open Championships (UDEF Pro Breaking Tour 2014).
