Description

This is a home workout designed for beginners with very limited past experience in the health industry. There are numerous reasons why individuals don't start exercising: intimidated, no time, not sure what to do, no access to a gym, among others. I designed this course with all these reasons in mind, and specifically created a program for individuals with these concerns.

This course will show you how to perform a total body workout at home with no equipment!

Many people either don't have access to a gym, or are intimidated by the "gym atmosphere." I completely understand both of these reasons and wanted to provide an alternative to the gym. You will now be able to achieve a full body workout from the comfort of your home.

Another common misconception about exercise is that it requires hours and hours of working out. Research has found that this is not true at all! This quick, 30-minute course can easily be incorporated into your morning routine, or a way to clear your mind after work.


I have extensive first hand experience with a multitude of different types of exercise: collegiate soccer, performance training, strength training, speed and agility, endurance training, martial arts, and yoga. I love being active, and want to share my passion, knowledge, and expertise with you in this course!
