In this video I will show you a n inexpensive bead tray that can be bought online or from craft stores that saves a lot of time as it has measurements, necklace sizes, separate compartments for your beads and wire so they don´t roll on the floor and a cover so you can store an uncompleted project and beads together ready for next time.

You can buy pliers with measurements for loops but they are more expensive when you start.

Hi, My name is Caroline, I´m a qualified teacher and a jewellery artist.
I have a teaching degree in adult education from the U.K and have been teaching in the U.K, Spain and France for over 25 years, for the last 10 years I have been teaching weekly jewellery classes in Spain and now France. I also sell my jewellery locally where I live.
In this course I have put together 13 different Beginners projects to get you started and an extra project at the end that is Intermediate. I have made all the projects with either silver plated, gold plated or Rose gold plated wire.
I recommended that you start with plated wires as silver and gold wire can be expensive especially when you start as you may make a few mistakes on the way to perfecting your techniques.
I will demonstrate in the videos different types of findings that you can buy but will also teach you to make your own Findings which are jump rings, clasps, earwires, headpins, S loop links, Bead links and wrapped beads. This means that you can add an extra design to your projects by changing the look of the findings.
The worksheets explain in detail about the Tools, wires and beads and I´ve added a chart for jump ring sizes, worksheet no.4. most of the projects I use 4mm – 6mm diameter jump rings and I will show you how to make your own but if you download the sheet it makes it a lot easier when buying them to see the correct size for your project. There are more worksheets that you can browse through including a centimeters to inches conversion chart.
I´ve tried to make the projects clear and easy to follow but if you have any questions you can message me.
I have made the videos using a metric guide for the wire thickness that we use in the U.K and Europe but in the downloadable sheets there is a conversion to the American Gauge sizes.
When I started I didn´t buy any expensive pliers, I just started with a basic set some of which became my favourites and I still use today. The main thing is that your flat or chain nose pliers don´t have any grooves on them so they don´t mark the wire and you clean them regularly.
I hope you enjoy this course and have many happy hours designing and creating beautiful individual pieces of Jewellery, please send me your photos as I´d love to see the finished pieces.
In my classes here in France I normally charge 600€ / 650- 700$ for a course like this for students in a small group over 10 classes so you benefit from the one to one videos that you can stop and start whenever you want to and make your jewellery in your own time for an incredible price of just 34,99$ for the whole course.
Many thanks, Caroline
