Module V, "Actions speak louder: The Non-Verbal Communication," explores the significance of non-verbal communication in business interactions. Students will learn about different types of non-verbal communication, such as kinesics and proxemics, and participate in a comic role play. They will also study other types of non-verbal communication, including chronemics, paralanguage, and haptics.
