Gladies Flores has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication major in Broadcast. Shortly after graduation, she worked as a Project Manager promoted to Project Management Department Head in one of the leading IT companies here in the Philippines.
After years of treading the busy corporate world, Gladies decided to wear two pairs of shoes: first as an online freelancer, and second as an entrepreneur. She (and her business partner/husband) has created physical businesses like a burger joint, and a local fitness company, among others, while working as an online freelancer, eventually as a virtual assistant.
She has now been working virtually for 11 years.
