We will review the layout of BambooHR.  Become familiar with how to navigate the platform.

We'll setup basic configuration settings.

I'll review security and how to use Access Levels to secure data and grant user access. 

We'll create new Employee Only Access Levels for an on hand assignment based off of specific security requirements.   

We'll create new Manager Only Access Levels for an on hand assignment based off of specific security requirements. 

We'll create new Custom Level Only Access Levels for an on hand assignment based off of specific security requirements. 

We'll review the Account Information options.

We'll create custom employee fields and place onto specific UI forms.

We'll configure how to use Approvals for employee actions.  This includes multiple level approvals. 

How to configure Company Directory and Organization Charts.  The options of available features.

We'll review and setup compensation pay grades within groups.

Don't miss out on approvals sent to you.  We'll configure 'Email Alerts' to notify approvals are waiting for review.

Have multiple employees that need their department changed or move to another manager.  With Power Edit we will do with one action.  No longer having to makes changes to individual records.  We'll use Power Edit to mass change data for multiple employees.

Have a lot of data that needs to be imported into BambooHR?  This hands on exercise we'll import mass amounts of data.  No longer having to create new records one employee at a time.

We will review the Standard Reports available within BambooHR.  How to run the reports with multiple options.

Can't find a Standard Report that give you the data needed?  No problem, a custom report can provide the data.  We'll create a custom report and also how to share reports with other employees. 

You need an employee to sign a few documents.  Your current policy is to send them an PDF or Word document.  Have them sign, scan, and send back.  With signature templates we'll import those documents and create an electronic signature section.  No more manual signatures!

Throw away those spreadsheet on tracking employee PTO.  We'll setup multiple PTO plans and assigned specific to employees.

We will have a general discussion on BambooHR time tracking add-on.  Provide details on how to enable and find resources for implementation. 

This hands on exercise we will create available employee training courses.  Assign a training course based on department and location.

Within BambooHR we will create new benefit plans and assign to an employee.  Review other benefit plans type that can be created.  We will also review BambooHR's latest Benefits Add-on application.  A great new automation feature from open enrollment to sending data to the carriers.

 We'll review onboarding configuration. 

We'll review BambooHR ATS and create new jobs.  I'll also review how you can post within BambooHR, your company website and burst onto a job board (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and more).

We'll review how to create offer letter templates and automatically email candidates.  We'll then hire then candidate and complete the new hire onboarding.

Employee has turned in resignation, now what?  We'll review how to smoothly offboard the employee.

We'll discuss BambooHR's performance management process.
