    Coloring Sri Yantra helps with clarity.  It is also said that just looking, coloring, or drawing Sri Yantra (Sri Chakra) changes human inner design to the design of the Cosmos healing all what separates a human being from a divine being.  

    The diagram is formed by nine interlocking triangles that surround and radiate out from the central (bindu) point.

    Exercise: Color 21 of Sri Yantras, or color 1 yantra a day for 21 days. Feel free tp use one color and create a monochromatic coloring design, or color with multiple colors that you like.

    The ancient science of completion allows us to rewrite our powerless ideas about ourselves.  Please use all resources to study it.  Please feel free to reach out if you need more help.  Do not accept any powerless idea about yourself like "I am not loved", "I do not deserve", "Life is scary", "No one cares" as truth.  Study the science of completion so you can heal your Self-Doubt, Self-Hatred and Self-Denial.

    The technique to re-write your powerless ideas is discussed in this lecture. Have a paper and pen available, stop the video when you need to do the practice exercise re-writing your own powerless ideas about you. Reach out for help when you need it.

  • Unblock Your Creativity "The Science of a Line"4:30

    This is a very simple and a very powerful practice called "A line".

    A lot of time we feel stuck and the depression might start growing in our inner space.  We also might be uncomfortable with new things and struggle to accept change.   This practice will unblock the patterned thinking and will allow you to experience receiving information.  It is simple but does not be mistaken thinking that it is too easy.  I highly recommend to this practice daily for at least 21 days in a row.  

    Materials needed: You need paper and regular pencil (no color)

    While doing the practice try to listen to the line, try to allow the line to draw itself vs you guiding the line.  Enjoy!

  • De-stress with Shape and Space4:35

    When we only focus on an object and do not notice the space in which the object exists, we create an intense and not a very successful experience for ourselves.  Space is as important as the object.  From simple observation skill, the idea of relaxation and absorbing the whole rather than just a detail of the picture will help you de-stress.  

    We are always choosing what to see, what to focus on.  Choosing to take space into account as much as taking a shape or a particular goals into account will allow the broader perspective to happen in you. It will also relax your mind, and will help you make better decisions about life in general.
