This is a course in two halves:

First half: This covers the signs, symptoms and causes of different types of anxiety. A few art therapy exercises and sonnets are included. Some sonnets are incomplete, the aim being for students to personalise the work.

Second half: This consists entirely of art therapy exercises to banish anxiety, shot in beautiful Oxford countryside. Just watching the lectures will have a positive effect! Doing the exercises, even more so! All students are encouraged to share their experiences in doing these exercises - an active Q/A is a must!
