Download this Goals template (MS Word), which is present in the download resources part of the previous lecture's worksheet section, modify the examples given with your own goals + their deadlines. Take at least 5 color printouts of this, paste them in all those places where you will notice easily. Also, take a couple of miniature printouts of the same and slide them inside your wallet (so that you can see it every time you take your credit card), mobile phone pouch, briefcase etc.
