Let's get into it! This lecture focusses on a PE Buddy interactive video. Note the key word in the previous sentence: interactive.
As you watch the video, Mr D will prompt you to pause the video and complete various learning tasks. When this occurs, pause the video and write down the answers to the prompts in the 'note' section.
Enjoy!
It's time to learn the major muscles of the body!
Again, follow along in the video, pausing when prompted to complete tasks explained.
Let's get started! This video will introduce you to all you need to know about bones.
Watch this video, pause when prompted, use the notes to write down your answers. Enjoy!
Let's get into the Skeletal System! This is like our internal scaffolding that creates our shape and allows us to move. Bones are joined together by ligaments. Bones are joined to muscles by tendons. The Skeletal System and Muscular System work together to give us form and allow us to move!
Watch the video, pause when prompted, write answers in notes, enjoy!
Let's get pumped to learn about the Cardiovascular System (Pun most definitely intended!). This system is literally brings life to your body! It is fascinating and applicable to real life.
Pause for a second and find your heart beat (Try your chest, wrist or side of your neck). How many pulses do you hear each beat? Why is that? Stick around to find out!
Time to learn about the anatomy of the Heart. Pay attention, there is one big twist!
As usual, have your note ready to pause the video and respond to a prompt.
Our final topic is the Respiratory System! Take some deep breathes before getting into this for a true 4D experience.
For the final time, get your pausing fingers ready to complete tasks when prompted!
Repetition is key! Have another go at naming the key features of the Respiratory System!
