What Are AI Agents?

2. My Agents — Your personal agent management hub. Every agent you create or customize lives here. You can edit, duplicate, or delete agents as your projects evolve.

3. Agent Marketplace — A curated library of prebuilt agents, agent tools, and agent flows ready to deploy. Browse by category, read reviews, and add agents to your workspace with a single click. This is the fastest way to get started without building from scratch.

4. Agent Flow Builder — The visual workflow designer where you chain multiple agents together into automated, multi-step pipelines using a drag-and-drop DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) interface. Perfect for complex tasks like "research a topic, then write a summary, then send an email."

5. Tools & Deployment — This is the advanced section that includes Bring Your Own Model (BYOM), Bring Your Own Inference (BYOI), Serverless Applications, Chat Batch, API Keys Management, Agent Tools, MCP, Storage, Web Chatbot Creator, and Cloud Services. You don't need all of these right away, but knowing they exist means you can scale when you're ready.

Types of agents you will find — The Marketplace includes Knowledge Agents (trained on specific documents), REST API Agents (connected to live data sources), and community-built agents for tasks like email marketing, stock analysis, SEO audits, social media content, and much more.

How to add an agent to your Playground — You will see how to click on any Marketplace agent, review its description and conversation starters, and add it directly to your Playground chat with one click.

Building your own Agent Tools — Beyond using prebuilt agents, OnDemand lets you create custom Agent Tools using knowledge uploads (PDFs, documents, websites) or REST API connections. This means you can build tools tailored to your exact business needs no coding required.
