As part of a tender process, suppliers are often evaluate based on quality and price.

The quality/ price ratio is used to identify the tender that offers the best value for money or the most economically advantageous bids. In this lecture we examine different ratios.

As part of the tender, a pricing schedule is shared with all bidders to complete and return.  In this lecture we cover  examples of pricing models that can be used to calculate the tender score.

To evaluate quality , there are two popular models, these are averages and consensus models. In this lecture we discuss both.
