This Impressionism Abstract Art Workshop is a course designed for anyone who likes painting, everyone who wants to learn, beginners & teenagers, all of you who feel happy while painting and wish to be creative in your own way.
In this lesson we will use our memories to create a landscape with reflections. It won’t be something realistic, not a representation of a naturalistic landscape or something you can find it in a photo. It will be something unique as it will be your own memories, your imagination and that is an Impressionism Abstract Art… so easy to do it as well to understand it. You will discover how easy can be the painting when you follow the right path…
This course will teach you how to build a whole painting in one sitting, how you can express your imagination, your memories using directly the colours without a drawing on your canvas. I will show you step by step how to give the Perspective on your paint, the Depth, the Air Perspective & the forms to the canvas easily. Help you to trust yourself and have confidence to paint freely, comfortably and to lose your stress. We will try to change the way you are thinking and understanding a piece of Art.
Abstract Art is used as an idea, “Art for Art’s Sake”. All it requires is an open mind, big imagination and be experimental. There is no right or wrong answer, Abstract Art requires inventiveness that invites you to discover yourself, the first step is to prepare yourself to look beyond the things you already know or recognize.
Impressionism on the other side, based on what a person, light, atmosphere, object or landscape looked like to us. Focusing on how light could define a moment in time, with colour providing definition instead of black lines. That’s why it names Impressionism, it tried to capture the movement and life of what we see right in fronts of our eyes.
Even if you are total beginner or teenagers that lesson will help you to create a depth, give the three dimensions, using the light and catch the moment in front of your eyes, and finally put it into your project.
That “Reflection” composition is a place near to my grandfather’s home, where I used to pass the summers with him. My grandfather was an amazing man, we used to playing when I was a kid, talking when I was a teenager, and when I was spending time by painting there, and he was always near to me to express his feelings about what I was doing. I was as lucky as I had an amazing view to practice and an extraordinary positive grandfather on my side supporting my decision to be a painter. I may paint that place thousands of times and always making me feel pleased and lucky because I lived it. Now that my grandfather passed away, I’m going there whenever I can to feel him around me.
As now, you know some course points, what you will learn, what I will provide to you and a memory of my personal life……it’s time to start our creation…… Shall we?
