Description

Starting a business, how do you do it? It starts with a damn good plan and that is sometimes considered extremely difficult and complex. But it doesn't have to be at all. It's about getting the essence of your idea clearly on paper, and that's exactly what I can help you with. The rest is about details that are usually not important for a startup. Nor for a large company, for that matter.

This training is not a shortcut! It's a CRASH COURSE and all you need to GET STARTED without Waisting Time on Things You Simply Can Not Know in This Phase. I just separate the main and side issues. Things that matter now and things you can, may, or should develop along the way.

In this course, you will learn what mindset you need as a (starting) entrepreneur, how to write a business plan for your startup, how to create a financial model, how to make a pitch deck, and how to find investors.

Afterward, you will be ready to launch. Not just because you will be confident enough, but because you will have a damn good plan in your hands that you can use to get everyone excited about your damn good startup.

What can you expect from this course?

I have set up several successful businesses over the past 30 years. I have also been active as a strategist and executive coach for lots of different startups and (international operating) companies.

In this course, I share my knowledge and experience and explain why rarely is anyone waiting for a 500-page business plan or pitch deck. The trick is precisely to get to the essence. Don't make things more complex if it can be easy. By means of a practical example, you can see how you can easily outline the foundation of your business plan.
