These research backed exercises aim to provide survivors with gentle body-based techniques to calm the nervous system and re-establish a sense of power and dignity. These daily exercises were designed to address common difficulties associated with trauma such as sleep cycle disruptions, paranoia, and anxiety. These exercises are accompanied by four theory modules which provide psychoeducation on the body's response to trauma, techniques for healing, the role of the nervous system, and utilizing Brainspotting techniques to calm your nervous system.
