    Welcome to the 30 Days of Meditation course! I am excited to welcome you here ? Meditation is a great tool for centring your mind and relaxing your body. It is great that you are here to learn more about this ancient practice and improve your wellbeing.

    In this course, we will learn various meditation techniques. The effects of the individual techniques will differ from person to person. We all have different backgrounds and experiences, and we will respond to the techniques in different ways.
