In this course, we will learn various meditation techniques. The effects of the individual techniques will differ from person to person. We all have different backgrounds and experiences, and we will respond to the techniques in different ways. You might find that some meditation techniques immediately help you relax while others will be more challenging. I ask you to keep an open mind, practice all techniques in this course and then decide which ones you want to maintain in your own meditation practice ?

30 Days of Meditation is a course specifically designed to teach you all of the basics of meditation, empowering you to build strong foundations for your everyday meditation practice.

The meditation techniques taught in this course include body scan, mindfulness, zen meditation, visualisation, intention setting, loving kindness, trataka, introspection, and chanting. By learning a wide range of methods, you will be able to independently shape your own meditation practice after completing the course.
After many years of teaching and practising yoga and meditation, I am excited to share my knowledge with you. The course is ideal for beginners as well as anyone wishing to deepen their meditation practice. All classes are the right length to challenge your mind yet enable you to succeed.
