I have over 34 years of corporate experience worked for Fortune 500 companies and 5 years as an Entrepreneur as a Business and Success Coach. 

I held Leadership roles in the areas of Corporate Real Estate Management, Facilities and Administration. Successfully led the team for effective design & delivery of services & managed approximately 8 million square feet of facilities across India with over 400 direct staff & yet had a fantastic work life balance.

I am a resource person to various Industry forums and participated as panel moderator, panel speaker in these forums. A CAMI & Middle Earth certified “Master Trainer & Facilitator”. He got trained on Up Your Service directly by Ron Kaufman and Art of Negotiations by William Ury. I have also successfully completed Franklin Covey course on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, “Train the Trainer- Master Certified” by Teachers are Leaders Community and Certified Coach from Coach Transformation Academy. Obtained Organization Transformation credential from PMI (Project Management Institute). A certified professional coach from Coach Transformation Academy.

I am an author of two books titled “Focus 5: A Practical Guide for Career Growth” and Local to Global – 3 step frameworks for Business Growth.
