Born and educated in the UK, I've spent over twenty years in industry working with data, either as a Database Administrator, a Data Engineer, or a Data Analyst. I am a Member of the IET (the Institution of Engineering and Technology); and a Chartered Engineer.

I am passionate about exploring data and gaining insight from it to help businesses flourish. Much of my professional life I've spent looking at financial data and I've used that experience to teach others how to get at the hidden gems of detail that every organisation has amongst its operational systems.
