Hi! I’m a PMI-certified instructor and an entrepreneur with a passion for teaching, building, and innovating—all while championing the “Make in India” vision. My journey blends guiding aspiring project managers through PMP methodologies with creating cutting-edge solutions in the heavy lifting equipment industry, like Skylifts and Mobile Bridge Inspection Units (MBIUs).

Being a PMI Authorized Instructor isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling. I love helping professionals unlock the power of project management and guiding them confidently toward PMP certification success. For me, teaching is more than sharing knowledge; it’s about empowering people to handle complex projects with skill, confidence, and clarity.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve trained 10,000+ professionals across industries in PMP, Agile, and project leadership. Every session I conduct is designed to be practical, inspiring, and transformative, helping learners take their careers to the next level.

Professional & Industry Experience

Since earning my PMP in 2011, I’ve applied project management across construction, IT, ITES, manufacturing, and consulting projects. I believe PMP isn’t just a certification—it’s a mindset that brings discipline, positivity, and results to every project.

I also hold an MBA, am an ICP-certified Agile Coach, and a certified integrative counselor, because I know that strong leadership combines strategy, execution, and emotional intelligence.

Entrepreneur & Innovator

Outside teaching, I lead projects in heavy lifting equipment innovation, designing and manufacturing Skylifts and MBIUs. This work allows me to merge project management expertise with real-world entrepreneurship, contributing to India’s technological growth and self-reliance.
