I’m Ershad Jahagirdar, a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at SimWell, specializing in supply chain design, optimization, simulation, and digital twins. I’ve had the opportunity to work across industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, medical infrastructure, paper, chemicals, and logistics, delivering projects that have improved resilience, reduced costs, and created long-term strategic value. My work has included network optimization and Greenfield/Brownfield analyses, developing digital twin solutions that unlocked multi-million-dollar savings, and delivering official AnyLogistix trainings across APAC and EU to equip professionals with hands-on modeling expertise. I’ve also contributed to global health initiatives with FIND in Geneva, where I optimized diagnostic networks for TB and HIV programs.

Academically, I bring strong foundations from some of the world’s most respected institutions. Most recently, I was selected for the prestigious MIT Global SCALE/GCLOG program in Supply Chain and Logistics. Prior to that, I completed the MIT Micromasters in Supply Chain Management, one of the world’s leading programs for supply chain professionals. I also earned my MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from IIM Mumbai (NITIE), pursued advanced business management studies at IIM Bangalore, and graduated as a Gold Medalist in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

My contributions have been recognized with the Under 30 Supply Chain Award (2025) and being named among India’s Top 50 MBA Graduates (2023), alongside multiple academic gold medals and distinctions. With certifications in AnyLogistix, Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, SQL, and data analytics, I combine technical expertise with strategic insight to help organizations bridge the gap between advanced digital tools and real-world supply chain challenges.
