About me
I have been singing my whole life, professionally since I was 8 years old. Everybody has something to give back to the world, and my voice is what I have to give. I’ve been fortunate to have written, recorded, and self-released multiple albums, and to have played thousands of shows. Yet, it is not easy to stay inspired or balanced in a stressful world. I practice mindfulness techniques to get myself into the creative process. This way, the process of being creative is more important than the product. I hope to make music, and continue these practices for the rest of my life.
I also have 15 years experience working with hospital patients to enhance their quality of life through therapeutic music and self-care techniques. Drawing from my personal experiences and from the following certifications, I have pulled practices together for relaxing the body, refocusing an active mind, and reconnecting with ourselves through creativity.
