Ben Scholl is an innovative leader with over 18 years of experience leading hotels.   With a master’s degree in hospitality management, a certification as Microsoft Excel Expert, a lean agent certified to run Kaizen events and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Ben believes in starting to unlock the service profit chain by starting with how we make the operation efficient and thus make it easier to be an employee, unlocking value for all stakeholders. Beyond his credentials Ben has 18 years of hospitality leadership and executive experience at companies such as The Venetian Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment, Marriott International and Starbucks.

Ben lives in rural Lewis County Washington with his wife of 20 years and 18-year-old daughter. When he isn’t working to support clients, Ben enjoys an adventurous hike, spending time with his friends, cooking for his family and traveling.
