Hi, I'm Ayan, Deputy Manager (IT) with over 9 years of experience in managing projects covering web development, UI/UX design, and digital banking solutions. I specialize in NextJS, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MongoDB, and Node.js, developing scalable and user-friendly applications.

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University. My career journey includes working as a Lead Web Developer at Ericsson, where I contributed to the real-time tracking system for RTA Dubai using React.js, Redux, Java, and APIs. Currently, focusing on UX/UI design and digital transformation to enhance customer engagement in banking applications.
