    How to Stop Binge Eating

    I found the course very rewarding. I have not completely achieved what I set out to do and that is to stop binge eating however, I have some great resources and can actually see improvement in what and how I eat. The instructor was engaging and prepared. She had fantastic resources available and each session followed, seems to me, with just what I needed. This was an excellent experience and well worth the cost. I will be revisiting the course from time to time as a reminder.
