There are things we can’t control sure and rather than waste time and energy on what we can’t control, the key is getting real clarity on what we can control, so we can take more responsibility and be more resilient.

What are they 7 motivational drivers?
In this section you will be introduced to the 7 drivers of motivation, in no particular order as they all differ in priority from one person to the next.
In this lecture you will identify your top 3 motivational drivers for right now.
Having identified your top 3 motivational drivers, the next important step is to 'benchmark' by scoring out of 10, how well you feel you are going in each of those drivers.
In this lecture you will design and put in place, strategies that you can implement, that will improve your top drivers.
HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR MOTIVATIONAL DRIVER STRATEGIES
It can be challenging coming up with your own strategies to improve your score in each motivational driver. Most people know what they don't want, fewer know what they do want in order to improve their own situation. Sometimes we are just too close to it to see 'the trees from the forest'.
However, congratulations if you have attempted to come up with some strategies, ideally three (3) for each of your top motivational drivers.
