This course consists of the following 12 postures done in sequence - postures are carried out in synchronization with breathing - After doing few repetitions of all these 12 postures - relaxation posture - savasana or dead body posture is done to have complete rest and breathing rate which increases during the practice comes to normal state . Each posture is associated with a set of unique benefits to the internal organs of the body .At the beginning and end are recitations of prayer in Sanskrit which means - Let peace be to all.
