Dawnelle is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. She has completed various teacher training sessions including; 200 hours in Eclectic Hatha Yoga from The Institute of Progressive Therapies in San Diego, California; 200 hours in both Power Yoga and Hot Yoga from CorePower Yoga Studios in Denver, Colorado. She also holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Iowa State University. 

Dawnelle brings a rich and varied background to her classes. She has been a student of various yoga styles for many years and believes in its ability to have a profound effect on ones life. Dawnelle has gained a large following of loyal students and is revered for her challenging and creative classes. Her background in physiology allows her to pay particular attention to correct alignment and her rhythmic and flowing style of teaching focuses on connecting movement with the breath. She is very enthusiastic and encouraging in her classes and hopes her students can find the strength, compassion and self acceptance that her practice has helped her to find.

Jackie is a certified yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist. The constant practice of yoga, and the inspiration of her own teachers has had a powerful effect on Jackie’s life, inspiring her to become a yoga teacher. She believes that yoga reveals our own light to us, and makes us more balanced, patient, and loving people. Yoga has been such an empowering and transforming part of Jackie’s life that she made it her goal to share it with as many people as possible through teaching.

Jackie brings her vast knowledge of the body in both stillness and movement to her yoga classes, providing a comfortable, but challenging class where students can gain spiritual and physical strength. Jackie teaches beginner through advanced power yoga as well as restorative yoga. Jackie’s goal is to connect with people through yoga instruction and massage therapy and help them to grow, heal, and transform.

    Im not sure why this course is marketed as Yoga for Weight Loss? Its nothing different to a general yoga class. Quite disappointed.
