The Yoga For Dancers System is structured as a course, so that you can learn about all the components before you implement them into your dance training and performance schedule. Don't worry, you won't be required to memorize anything for this course! All the yoga routines, meditations, and classes are meant to be downloaded onto a device (or multiple devices) of your choice so that you can practice them wherever and whenever works best for you.

Dancers need to be flexible to create those beautiful lines we all love so much. This one hour class for overall flexibility will assist you in gaining and maintaining hip, leg, and back flexibility. Please work with caution and do not overly stretch your body too quickly. Be kind to your body, and everything will come in it's own time.


This is a full-length, 45 minute, restorative yoga class that you can do if your body is feeling extra sore or in need of special care. Be very gentle with your body during this class, and use this time to completely relax. Your body and your mind need the rest!

Christina D'Arrigo is an RYT 500 yoga instructor and dance choreographer from New York City. She has been studying movement for over 20 years, and her mission is to help as many people as she possibly can to achieve better health, success, and happiness through yoga and meditation.
