
Welcome to day one of this 10 day yoga for beginners course. In this first session you will learn the yoga sun salutations. This is considered a fundamental practice in vinyasa yoga, sometimes referred to as a warm up for yoga.
Please keep in mind, this is not a very slow version, it is designed to help you create heat in your body, build up your metabolism, increase flexibility, strength and balance, while connecting with your breath in a fluid and powerful practice. You should aim to do this first thing in the morning, to start your day out with amazing energy, positive outlook and vitality to approach each beautiful new day.
