You can dramatically benefit from re-evaluating your work life balance priorities to ensure that you maximise life's opportunities and minimise life's regrets.
Even if you feel you already have good work life balance, it can always be better. Work life balance is not something you just get, and that is the end of it. It is an ongoing balancing act, as the dynamics of life and work are forever changing.

By identifying your top life priorities, and putting strategies in place to ensure you focus on them, 90% of people will indeed experience an increase in their own sense of happiness and wellbeing.
In this lecture I will introduce you to the 10 Lifestyle Priorities on the Balance Wheel.
In this Lifestyle Priorities exercise, Step 1 is to identify your top 3 lifestyle priorities, from the balance wheel of 10 options. The mindset you need is only to think of the next 12 months, and what would be your top priorities in life.
Having selected your top 3 priorities, in Step 2, you will now score (or benchmark) how satisfied you are feeling about the top 3 priorities you have identified. Score out of 10.
You have your top 3. You have benchmarked where you are on a score out of 10. Now, Step 3 is to design 3 strategies for each of the priorities identified that would ensure a greater sense of happiness and success. Theses strategies should be specific, measurable and those which you can control yourself.
In Step 4 you will come to understand the true power of 'Clarity Creates Control'. The results speak for themselves.

I have has a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and have studied internationally in career development (which all combines makes me a very confused individual!)
