Looking for extra income? Maybe you’re between jobs and need an income? Job hunting can be exhausting! Looking through want ads, browsing hundreds of websites. Never mind that when you find a job you’re interested in, the application process is exhausting too.

This is where freelancing comes in.

No need to fill out long applications and browse the Internet for work; all of your jobs are in one place. And in this class, I’ll show you where you need to look, saving you time so you can do the things you want to do.

We’ll cover what types of jobs are available – if you can type, there is work for you!

This class is more than just giving out some of the most popular freelancing website URL’s (although this is included). It’s about discovering what skills you have and doing what you truly want to do. You’ll also learn how to create a strong profile, what to place in your portfolio, and more.

This class is hands on meaning you’re going to be completing many activities. All activities are downloadable and can be completed anywhere.

In addition to activities, video lectures are included that review concepts for each chapter. Closed Captioned (CC) lectures are also provided. Whether you're hearing impaired, in a quiet place, or prefer to view the presentations with words, this option is available for you.

Completing the activities in succession will ensure that by the end of this course you will have your freelance account up and running and will have bid on a job or two or three.

So what are you waiting for? Get started and work with me today. See you in class!

Professional Educator & Freelance Designer

It was evident Michele was destined to work with technology when she enrolled in her first computer programming class in the 4th grade. Her passion for education and teaching developed decades later. During this time she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems and two Master’s Degrees in Education with specializations in Educational Technology and Instructional Design.

She currently works as an adjunct college professor teaching technology and mathematics courses. Michele has worked for several universities including Boise State University, Anthem College, University of Phoenix, Galen College of Nursing, ITT Technical Institute, and Kaplan University. She’s also known for her freelance work in instructional design, web design, and graphic design.

When not teaching or designing, you will find her at the hot yoga studio attempting to quiet her mind in order to spark creativity for new course ideas.
