The hammer fist is an effect technique to use for an attack. Not only can it be lethal, but it will save you from hand injuries, So you'll always have your fingers available to call for help on a cell phone. The hammer fist movement requires you to use power from the waist for maximum effect. Using the strength from your arms is simple not strong enough for most women.
Here you get to learn how to strike backwards with your elbow with maximum power. It is vital that you keep your body in good position and strike in the right lines for maximum effect.
The combination of moves helps you get your body in the right line to make a continuous attack to your opponent. If you practice this enough you be surprise how fast you flow from one movement to the next without thinking. And thats how you would apply it for a real life situation.
